I’ve been reading up on the latest news about the law suit filed by Christian Louboutin claiming that shoes designed by Yves Saint Laurent (apart of the 2011 Cruise Collection) used his trademarked red soles. The injunction was denied by the judge in this case held in Manhattan. You can read more on the case at CNN.
